Eligibility / 退款条件
Refunds are granted under the following conditions:
- Request submitted within 7 days of purchase
- Less than 30% of the course content has been accessed
- Technical issues that prevent access to course content (verified by our technical team)
- Significant content discrepancy from course description
All refund requests are subject to review by our customer service team.

Refund Method / 退款方式
Once approved, refunds will be processed as follows:
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for purchase
- Processing time is typically 5-10 business days, depending on your payment provider
- For credit/debit card payments, refunds may take up to one billing cycle to appear on your statement
- Bank transfer refunds may incur additional processing time
You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed.

Non-refundable Cases / 不予退款情况
Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:
- More than 7 days have passed since purchase
- More than 30% of course content has been accessed
- Course has been completed
- Digital downloads that have been accessed
- Live sessions or events that have already taken place
- Subscription plans after the first 7 days
- Purchase violates our Terms of Service

How to Request a Refund / 如何申请退款
To request a refund, please follow these steps:
- Log in to your SinoRhythm account
- Go to "My Courses" or "Purchase History"
- Select the course you wish to receive a refund for
- Click on "Request Refund" button
- Complete the refund request form, providing the reason for your request
- Submit your request
Alternatively, you can contact our support team at fuyuhao@gmail.com with your order details and refund reason.

Course Cancellation Policy / 课程取消政策
